Objectives

CEF support is intended to facilitate handling of consumer disputes submitted to the ODR platform by ADR entities, traders, and e-commerce platforms, by using automated transmission based on the CEF eDelivery building block.
 

Actions

Proposals may address one or both Objectives below, and should clearly indicate which one(s) they address:

  • Objective 1: Deployment of eDelivery Access Point(s) (AP)
  • Objective 2: Upgrade of the case management/complaints management software in order to support, and duly comply with, the CEF eDelivery standards, and thereby ensuring interoperability with the ODR platform

European community funding

The Community provisional funding available for the call for proposals is:

  • 0,40 Million EUR (Global Budget)
