Catalonia shows its commitment with FP7 in Brussels
Companies, experts and skateholders in FP7 will meet on June 3rd in Brussels to attend an event organized by ACC1Ó, the catalan agency for the support of competitiveness and innovation of the companies.
ACC1Ó is the Catalan agency for competitiveness that specializes in innovation, internationalization and attracting inward investment. ACC1Ó is part of the Catalan Department of Innovation, Universities and Enterprise, and it is involved in the promotion of 7th Framework Programme of the EU.
With headquarters in Barcelona, ACC1Ó operates through its international network of 35 business promotion centres worldwide to attract foreign investment for production in Catalonia and to provide advisory services, practical support and business opportunities to companies interested in expanding their business globally.
On June 3rd, ACC1Ó is organizing a workshop on FP7 in Brussels, at the Catalan Region Office headquarters (Rue de la Loi 227) with the aim of putting in touch Catalan companies, technology centers and universities with potential partners from other European regions to prepare future proposals on FP7.
Companies and skateholders will attend this event. Any region or technological centre interested in FP7 funding is kindly invited to participate. For further information and registration for this event, you can contact ACC1Ó FP7 Project Manager Olga Roig.
This event is a clear example of how Europe boosts cooperation among public bodies and business to improve their internationalization, and how it helps them make the most of the opportunities in the European Union, like it already does with initiatives like Enterprise Europe Network.
