The Official Journal has published the Council Decisión of 19 January 2009 related to the “Agreement on scientific and technological cooperation between the European Community and the Government of New Zealand” and the “Agreement renewing the Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Community and the Government of the Republic of India”

In the case of the Government of the Republic of India it is a renewing of the scientific and technological cooperation agrrement.

Cooperation under this Agreement may cover all the activities of research, technological development and demonstration, hereinafter referred to as ‘RTD’, included in the framework programme under Article 164 of the Treaty establishing the European Community and all similar RTD activities in India and New Zeland in the corresponding scientific and technological fields.
