The European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), Budget Unit has launched a tender of organising conferences in Member States, candidate countries or other countries.

The tender was published on the Official Journal on the 13th November 2008 is about the organisation of conferences taking into account all aspects related to the organisation of an event, such as: promotion, managing registrations (including the financial aspects), graphic design for publications (programme, minutes, information package...) and conference material (badges, signs, bags...), travel, accommodation and catering arrangements, hiring of rooms, technical and IT equipment, conference secretariat, interpretation and translation services, reception arrangements, contacts with speakers/trainers, etc. These events could take place in Member States, candidate countries or other countries and usually bring together up to 200 participants.

Total budget will be between EUR 5,000,000 and EUR 7,000,000. Activities will start on august 2009 and will last one year until 31.7.2010.
