This compendium presents 70 public-private partnerships projects (worth nearly EUR 300 million of EU research investment, with an additional EUR 200 million from the academia and industry) addressing the key challenges for the development of the Future Internet.

These projects are instrumental in the creation of the European Future Internet Assembly, which aims at identifying the long term societal and economic trends of future on line societies, how they may impact the underlying network and service technologies, and how they subsequently drive research requirements. The compendium will receive financing from the EU 7th Framework Programme.
