More than 25 Meuros for result-oriented monitoring of external aid operations financed by the European Union
The European Commission plans to monitor the actual results of foreign aid operations financed by the European Union according to a tender published on April 13, 2010.
The Official Journal of the European Union has published a tender to develop the following six contracts according to a methodology already established by the European Commission:
1. Implement the results-oriented monitoring system in the European Neighbourhood Policy countries.
- Budget: From 4.000.000 to 7.000.000 EUR
- Duration: 12 months
2. Implement the results-oriented monitoring system in sub-Saharan Africa, Caribbean, Pacific, Indian Ocean and Overseas Countries and Territories
- Budget: From 5.000.000 to 7.500.000 EUR
- Duration: 36 months
3. Implement the results oriented monitoring system in the countries of Asia, including central Asia.
- Budget: From 3.000.000 to 5.000.000 EUR
- Duration: 12 months
4. Implement the results-oriented monitoring system in the countries of Latin America and Cuba.
- Budget: From 2.000.000 to 3.000.000 EUR
- Duration: 12 months
5. Implement the results-oriented monitoring system for centrally managed projects.
- Budget: From 1.000.000 to 2.000.000 EUR
- Duration: 12 months
6. Implement the results-oriented monitoring system of the western Balkans and Turkey.
- Budget: From 1.500.000 to 2.000.000 EUR
- Duration: 24 months
