The Directorate-General for Education and Culture, Directorate C 'Culture, Multilingualism and Communication', Secretariat EAC.C3 has published a tender on the 4th October 2008 for a multiple framework contract subject to further competitive tendering for the provision of integrated communication services in the field of education and culture.

The European Commission's Directorate-General for Education and Culture wishes to be able to consult companies specialising in communication and public relations in order to plan and carry out information and communication initiatives. The assistance provided by such companies should allow for better coordination, extension and improvement of the initiatives concerned. The information and communication initiatives should be presented and carried out in full, in the form of coherent and directly operational campaigns, using several different dissemination channels in a complementary manner.
