0.9 million euro from the “EuropeAid” for a technical assistance to the EC's Delegations for the monitoring of the Energy Facility's projects.

The objective of this contract is to provide support, advice and information to the EC's Delegations responsible for the management of the Energy Facility's contracts. As an indirect result, project implementing bodies are also expected to benefit from the assistance provided to the EC's Delegations. Furthermore, the present assignment will contribute to ensure a timely and effective reporting from the Energy Facility's tasks managers to both the European Commission's hierarchy, and to its external partners. The tender is funded thought the 9th European Development Fund (EDF). It legal basic is the ACP-EC Partnership Agreement signed at Cotonou on 23/6/2000 as amended on 25/6/2005.
