The European Commission has released individual service contract forecast. The successful service provider will have to design and implement training modules on EDF financial and contractual procedures.

The delivery of the training will take place both in the ACP countries, for the national authorising officers and regional authorising officers, and in Brussels, for the staff of the European Commission. The languages of the training sessions will be English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

The Indicative maximum budget has been set at EUR 5,500,000. April 2008 is the intended time for publication.
