This call aims at implementing projects for:

  • Linking business MSMEs through different mechanisms (Programme Outcome 1).
  • Improved productivity and competitiveness of MSMEs (Programme Outcome 2)
  • Improving the capabilities of Business Organizations (Programme Outcome 3)


Types of activities:

Outcome 1: Developing mechanisms and activities for linking businesses between MSMEs:

  • Organization of sectoral partnership schemes: core, cluster, among others.
  • Activities for business / commercial linking MSMEs: strengthening the capacities of MSMEs for information processing, market access and participation in fairs and wheels.
  • MSMEs linked through a virtual platform.

Outcome 2: Direct support to MSMEs for:

  • Development of their business management skills.
  • Improved production processes, marketing, administrative, financial management and human resources.
  • Improved products and services, implementation of new techniques.
  • Innovation and implementation of best practices and quality certifications, environmental management and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
  • Activities for the empowerment of women (Mentoring)

Outcome 3: Institutional Development OE through:

  • Strengthening techniques to improve their organizational capacity and services to MSMEs skills.
  • Development of new services and management systems: internships, exchange of experiences and knowledge transfer among others.
  • Strengthening their skills in constructive public-private dialogue.


European community funding

The Community provisional funding available for the call for proposals is:

  • 6,00 Million EUR (Global Budget)
