Objectives

The objective of the Nanosciences, Nanotechnologies, Materials and New Production Technologies (NMP) work programme is to improve the competitiveness of European industry and generate knowledge to ensure its transformation from a resource-intensive to a knowledge-intensive industry, by generating step changes in knowledge and implementing decisive knowledge for new applications at the crossroads between different technologies and disciplines. This will benefit both new, high-tech industries and higher-value, knowledge-based traditional industries, with a special focus to the appropriate dissemination of RTD results to SMEs.

  • NMP.2013.2.2-1 Biomaterials for Advanced Therapies and Medical Devices in the neurological/neuromuscular or cardiovascular fields

New Production

  • NMP.2013.3.0-2 Integrated processing and Control Systems for Sustainable Production in Farms and Forests

Integration

  • NMP.2013.4.0-3 From research to innovation: substantial steps forward in the industrial use of European intellectual assets, stimulating the use of newly developed materials and materials technologies by the industry

The Community provisional funding available for the call for proposals is:

  • 39,30 Million EUR (Global Budget)
