Call for Proposals for Collaborative Research Projects on Maritime Technologies ERA-NET MARTEC II Closed!

Objectives

MARTEC II opened a transnational call for collaborative research projects in different areas of maritime technologies. This call is initiated by funding organisations from twelve different European partner countries of the ERA-NET MARTEC consortium. The countries are: Belarus, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Island, Finland, France, Norway, Poland, Romania, Turkey and the UK.

The funding organisations participating in the ERA-NET MARTEC will promote R&D activities. It is desired that research and development will be undertaken within transnational collaborative projects, operating on the basis of an interdisciplinary approach and of work-sharing.

The call will be opened in several general topics:

  • Shipbuilding
  • Maritime equipment and services
  • Ship and port operation
  • Inland water and intermodal transport
  • Offshore industry/offshore technology
  • Offshore structures for renewable energy
  • Polar technology
  • Fishing/aquaculture
