Call for proposals – Specific Programme Civil Justice JUST/2011-2012/JCIV/AG Closed!

Objectives

The Specific Programme "Civil Justice" for the period 2007-2013 is part of the General Programme "Fundamental Rights and Justice" which promotes judicial cooperation based on mutual recognition and mutual confidence, promoting the compatibility in rules applicable in the Member States as may be necessary to improve judicial cooperation, improving contacts, exchange of information, best practices and mutual trust.

Actions

Overall priority will be given to large-scale projects built on a wide partnership involving organisations from a significant number of EU Member States and offering a true European scope and relevance.

Projects may consist of:

  • studies;
  • research;
  • meetings and seminars;
  • exchanges between judicial authorities and judicial cooperation networks;
  • training;
  • dissemination of information on access to justice;
  • design, development and implementation of innovative IT solutions;
  • exchange of good practice, or
  • a combination of these activities.

European community funding

The Community provisional funding available for the call for proposals is:

  • 8,33 Million EUR (Orientation of the budget)
