Call for Proposals under the 2008 and 2009 Cooperation work programmes of the 7th EC Framework Programme FP7-ERANET-2009-RTD Closed!

Objectives

Notice is given of the launch of Joint Call for Proposals FP7-ERANET-2009-RTD, under Cooperation Specific Programme of the 7th EC Framework Programme of the European Community for Research, Technological Development and Demonstration Activities (2007 to 2013), within the themes 1-“Health”, 2-“Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, and Biotechnology”, 4-“NMP”. 6-”Environment” and 8-”Socio-economic Sciences and Humanities”. The Cooperation Work Program supports all types of research activities undertaken by various entities in scientific cooperation and seeks to achieve or consolidate leadership in key areas of science and technology. The objective of the ERA-NET scheme is to develop and strengthen the coordination of research programs nationally and regionally.

Theme 1 – Health

  • ERA-NET for stepping up European cooperation in HIV/AIDS research

Theme 2 – Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, and Biotechnology

  • ERA-NET – Agricultural Research for Development
  • ERA-NET – Organic Agriculture

Theme 4 – NMP

  • ERA-Net on high value added textiles and fibre-based materials

Theme 6 – Environment

  • ERA-NET on climate change impacts and response
  • Towards integrated European marine research strategy and programmes

Theme 8 – Socio-economic Sciences and Humanities

  • ERA-NET in the field of statistics
  • ERA-NET in the field of  economic research
     

European community funding

The Community provisional funding available for the call for proposals is:

  • 12,50 Million EUR (Annual budget for 2009)
