Objectives

The ARTEMIS Joint Undertaking (JU) was created in February 2008 in order to implement a Joint Technology Initiative (JTI) in Embedded Computing Systems; the main component of this JTI is a research programme addressing the design, development and deployment of embedded systems.

Actions

aim at:

  • generating new and improved technologies.
  • applying them in products, processes or services.
  • strengthen the competitiveness of European industry.
  • improve sustainability, and facilitate the emergence of new markets and applications that respond to societal needs.

European community funding

The Community provisional funding available for the call for proposals is:

  • 35,10 Million EUR (Annual budget for 2008)
