The Workshop aims to provide key information about the Agency’s activities and services. At the same time, the event will also serve as a valuable forum for discussion about important issues pertinent to the successful implementation of the TEN-T programme by all stakeholders on the 3 December 2008 (8:45 - 17:15) at the Centre Conference Albert Borschette in Brussels.

TEN-T Project Management Workshop organised by the TEN-T Executive Agency will take place on the 3rd of December 2008 at the Albert Borschette Conference Centre.

Key topics to be discussed

The TEN-T Executive Agency will present its organisation, structure, working methods, activities and achievements up to now. However, this event aims to be more than just a discussion about the Agency. We need your feedback and input, so please be ready to share your ideas in order to help our collaboration:

• Expectations: any suggestions to improve the procedures and working methods of the Agency?
• What kinds of information would you like to see the Agency provide, and what are you ready to share with the Agency?
• Other feedback or experiences thus far, both positive and negative, which can help contribute to an effective partnership with the Agency in the future.
