Call for proposals under the annual work programme for grants in the field of the Trans-European Transport Network for 2011 TEN-T-2011 Closed!

Objectives

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Energy and Transport, is hereby launching a call for proposals in order to award grants to projects in accordance with the priorities and objectives defined in the annual work programme for grants in the field of the Trans-European Transport Network for 2009.

Please note that a procedure has been launched on 26 July in order rectify an error in the 2011 ERTMS Multi-Annual Call for Proposals in the field of trans-European Transport network (TEN-T). The following will be implemented:

In section 3.4.4 'Funding conditions' (Priority area 4: equipment of trains)

for: Eligible costs will be limited to €75.000 per locomotive for the equipment of already existing locomotives (retrofit) and to €50.000 for the equipment of new locomotives.

read: Eligible costs will be limited to €150.000 per locomotive for the equipment of already existing locomotives (retrofit) and to €100.000 for the equipment of new locomotives.

Actions

The actions covered by this call are:

  • European Rail Traffic Management System
  • River Information Services (RIS)
  • Motorways of the Sea (MoS)

European community funding

The Community provisional funding available for the call for proposals is:

  • 100,00 Million EUR (Orientation of the budget)
