The information that is provided to us will be incorporated into a database under the responsibility, name and property of Gateway Strategic Consultancy Services, S.L..

General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “General Terms and Conditions”) shall govern and be applicable to all the transactions made by the limited company Gateway Strategic Consultancy Services, S.L., (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) from the on-line store at the Euroalert.net website (hereinafter referred as “the site”), whose complete identification details might be consulted at the Personal Details and Contact section of this Legal Disclaimer.

1. Price

The sale prices listed on the site are expressed in Euro before taxes, unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are calculated and added to the price once the final details of the Client are known and in any event before the payment confirmation.

Notwithstanding that the Company reserves the right to change the prices at any time, any order placed through the site would be charged at the applicable prices valid at the moment the payment was confirmed.

2. Orders

The purchase process is made in three steps. First, the Client selects the features in order to customize the service to the specific requirements which will determine its final price. Second, the Client will get a summary of the product characteristics according to the selection made in Step 1 stating the final price including, if it is the case, the applicable taxes. Should the Client wish to make any change on the purchase order, it will be possible to get back to Step 1. Once the Client agrees with the order summary described in Step 2, order confirmation and payment will be made in Step 3.

In Step 3, the Client will proceed to confirm the order and make the payment, by any of the available means of payment. Once the transaction is concluded and payment authorized, the Client will receive an e-mail confirming the order. The Company will in any case be liable nor responsible for any delay on the authorization period of the payment.

Should it be necessary in order to clarify the description made by the Client during the purchase process, Gateway Strategic Consultancy Services, S.L. will contact the Client by e-mail in order to provide the best possible service.

3. Confirmation

Before confirming the order, the Client will declare to be aware and accept the Terms ans Conditions of Sale. Unless otherwise proven, the data registered by Gateway Strategic Consultancy Services, S.L. during the purchase process constitute the proof of the transaction.

4. Delivery

The delivery of the contracted services will be made to the e-mail provided by the Client during the purchase process. The maximum delivery period set for each of the products available at the site will be stated at the respective commercial information published in the site.

5. Secure payment

Payment may be done by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) through the payment intermediation service provided by Paypal. Any of the other means of payment offered by Paypal will also be accepted, should the Client also be a Paypal user.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of the services provided, any return of the services delivered will be accepted under any circumstances. Free samples and demo versions of the type of services provided are at the Client's disposal, in order to check the characteristics and evaluate if the services fulfil the Client's expectations before placing an order.

7. Terms of use

Along with the services provided, the Client acquires a non-exclusive licence to use the materials delivered. The Client will, in any case and under any circumstances, be entitled to share, re-distribute and/or sell the services and materials purchased, unless the previous consent dully expressed by Gateway Strategic Consultancy Services, S.L.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, as well as all the transactions made under their provisions, are governed by Spanish law.

The parties irrevocably agree that the court of Valladolid (Spain) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the legal relationship established by them.
