    The House of Commons are seeking to appoint third party administration services to the House of Commons and PICT (Parliamentary ICT) Staff Pension Scheme (HOCSPS). A full range of pension administration services, including payment of pensions and proactive professional support in accordance with standards of best practice.

    The Authority, at its sole discretion, reserves the right not to award a contract following this procurement exercise and to withdraw this tender at any stage.

    The Authority, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids received, including the right not to accept the lowest tender, and shall not be liable to accept any costs incurred in the production of your submission.

    Important: Interested parties should please note that the House of Commons Commission will meet on 19th of November to decide whether or not the House should merge the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme and that this decision may result in this procurement exercise being withdrawn.
