The contract is a non exclusive Framework Agreement with Economic Operator(s) for the provision of Engineering, Design and Consulting services in the oil and gas industry to support Chevron Polska Energy Resources SP. Z O. O. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") for land based exploration and production activities in Europe.

Company's preferred outcome would be to award framework agreement(s) to Economic Operator(s) who are capable of delivering the required services.

Call-offs against the Framework Agreement will be issued to the Economic Operator(s) offering the most economically advantageous offer.

Only when the terms laid down in the framework agreement are not complete enough for a particular call-off, will company hold a mini competition with all the providers awarded a framework agreement and capable of meeting the particular need against the terms and conditions of the framework agreement.

Company intends to invite Economic Operator(s) able to provide Engineering and Consulting Services for the Extended Testing Facilities Project Development, which is an integral part of the ongoing Company shale gas exploration efforts.

Engineering and Consulting firms must be able to demonstrate and have a proven track record in the following key areas:

1. 10+ Years experience in oil and gas project development and engineering;

2. Highly skilled engineering resources that are knowledgeable in conventional and unconventional oil and gas resource exploration;

3. Strong command of Polish and English languages used in business environment;

4. Access to relevant local and international experts with shale gas experience;

5. 10+ Years experience in development and coordinating in-country work approvals (permitting) for oil and gas facilities projects;

6. Knowledge of local and international oil and gas equipment manufacturers market;

7. Experience working with local pipeline and power lines operators as well as utilities companies;

8. Strong knowledge in worldwide engineering and design standards for oil and gas facilities, pipelines and power lines design and construction;

9. Economic Operators must be prepared to have a presence in-country and should have a minimum of 10 years experience within the local market (provide information of other European country offices).
