Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Conditions to be fulfilled by economic operators in view of their qualification: Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: In order to provide proof for its personal condition, the economic operator shall submit the following documents: statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years, an effective court decision for participation in a criminal organization, act of corruption, fraud or money laundering has not been stated against it; certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by a competent authority; certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by a competent authority; certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established; and certificate that no sanction for misdemeanor with an effective court decision has been stated against it, resulting in prohibition for pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity a document for registered activity DRA form issued by the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia for the performance of a main activity, or proof issued by the relevant authorities in the country where the economic operator was registered. The documentation from item III.2.1 shall not be older than six months, and shall be submitted as an original sample or a copy certified by the economic operator.

III.2.2) Economic and financial ability

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Balance sheets certified by competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheets orextracts from the balance sheets, where publication of the balance sheet is required under the law of the country in which the economic operator is established, for the last 3 years; statements regarding the overall turnover of the company (information from the profit and loss account issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited profit and loss account) for the last 3 years.

Minimal criteria for determination of the economic and financial standing of the economic operator The economic operator must have realized a turnover of minimum 162 600 EUR, in the last three years.

III.2.3) Technical capacity

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:

Reference list of the equipment manufacturer or a similar type or size.

— Reference list of equipment supplier,

— list of operations in the last five years of this or similar type or size,

— authorization from the manufacturer of the equipment with which the economic operator confirms that it is authorized for delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the offered equipment,

— statement of technical personnel available to the economic operator (minimum 5 technical persons with elektro - elektro editor and one electrical engineer) attached M1M2 forms, certificates, diplomas, certificates, authorizations, etc. Documents proving expertise, whether they belong to the economic operator,

— certificates of quality equipment, translated into Macedonian,

— technical bid for equipment,

— full technical documentation offered equipment,

— a statement that the selected bidder after signing of the contract will deliver software-based analysis of the outcome of the offered equipment,

— statement of performing training in handling equipment from Office,

— statement for submission of a bank guarantee in the amount of 10 % for quality and timely completion of procurement.

Additional information about electronic auction: The contracting authority shall use the electronic auction as the last stage in the proceedings. subject auction is initially submitted total price of the subject of the public contract with all include value-added tax rebates without any qualified bidder. invitations participation in the auction will be submitted in electronic form through the ESPP, after a thorough evaluation initial bids and awarded points for the elements of criteria, to all economic operators who have submitted acceptable bids in the first stage of the procedure and are registered ESPN. The invitation to participate in the auction will include the following information: date and starting and ending time of the auction; as the interval in which to implement negative auction (minimum and maximum difference in the offered prices).
