    NHS Tayside are looking for a system that will link across all 4 sites for echocardiography studies to be viewed and reported and therefore must be compatible with our existing ultrasound equipment which is Philips and GE. We also wish to be able to seamlessly view echocardiography studies anywhere within NHS Tayside, by means of a web-viewer.

    The new system must be compatible with our existing storage media for echocardiography and angiograms to allow historical reviews. We also require the new system to be future proofed to allow compatibility with new developments such as stress echocardiography and 3D transoesophageal echocardiography, and new services including national link up.
