Subject of establishment of a Contract for Public Private Partnership for granting a contract for Public Procurement of a service is:

Establishment of a Zone parking system.

According to the traffic study for the Municipality of Bitola made project for zone parking on the territory of the Municipality of Bitola established three zones with the maximum number of parking spaces 1951.

III.1) Conditions relating to the contract

III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required:

As part of the bid, the economic operator must provide a guarantee of the Application in the amount of at least 3 % of the total bid value excluding VAT in the amount of at least 7 830,00 EUR in MKD equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia date of payment.

1. The private partner shall submit a statement that in the period before the entry into force of the agreement will provide people with professional qualifications prescribed conditions for performing the relevant activity required to execute the contract.

2. The private partner shall submit a statement that will register the company with special purpose in accordance with Article 12 of the Law on Concessions and PPP Official Gazette of RM br.6/12.Number of employees in this company will be determined in the second phase of this procedure .Private partner must submit a statement that the special purpose company employees will be full-time, with minimum gross salary 50 % of the average monthly gross salary in the Republic last year, which is a minimal basis for the calculation of gross salary.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: 6.3.1 Every tenderer that has legal interest for getting the contract for public procurement and who suffered or could suffer damage from potential breach of the provisions of this Law, can ask for legal remedy against the decisions, actions and omissions for undertaking actions by the Contracting authorities in the procedure for granting the Contract for public procurement, in compliance with the conditions and procedure provided with the Public procurement Act. 6.3.11 The Contracting authority must not sign the contract for public procurement and to begin its execution within 12 days, counting from the date of receipt of the decision that decides of the individual right in the procedure for granting of the Contract for public procurement. 8 days for open and restricted procedure.
