    Subject of establishment of a Contract for Public Private Partnership for granting a contract for Public Procurement of a service is:

    Establishment of a Zone parking system.

    According to the traffic study for the Municipality of Bitola made project for zone parking on the territory of the Municipality of Bitola established three zones with the maximum number of parking spaces 1951.

    III.1) Conditions relating to the contract
    III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required:

    As part of the bid, the economic operator must provide a guarantee of the Application in the amount of at least 3 % of the total bid value excluding VAT in the amount of at least 7 830,00 EUR in MKD equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia date of payment.

    2.4.7 If the private partners submit an application for participation as a group of non-economic operators, the economic and financial status is proven by taking in consideration the resources of all the members of the group. If the group of partners acts with financial support of a third entity, the economic and financial status is determined pursuant to above mentioned.

    Statement of the economic operator that in the past 5 years they have not been rendered a final verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

    Confirmation that a liquidation procedure from a competent authority has not been opened;

    Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties from a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered;

    Certificate from the Penalty Registry for committed criminal acts of the legal entities that they have not been rendered a penalty temporary or permanent ban for participation in a procedure for public calls, granting contracts for public procurements and contracts for public-private partnership;

    Certificate from the Penalty Registry for committed criminal acts of legal entities that they have not been rendered a penalty for temporary or permanent ban for performance of a certain activity;

    Certificate that with a final verdict they have not been rendered a misdemeanor sanction – ban for performance of a profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban for performance of a certain activity;

    1. The private partner shall submit a statement that in the period before the entry into force of the agreement will provide people with professional qualifications prescribed conditions for performing the relevant activity required to execute the contract.

    2. The private partner shall submit a statement that will register the company with special purpose in accordance with Article 12 of the Law on Concessions and PPP Official Gazette of RM br.6/12.Number of employees in this company will be determined in the second phase of this procedure .Private partner must submit a statement that the special purpose company employees will be full-time, with minimum gross salary 50 % of the average monthly gross salary in the Republic last year, which is a minimal basis for the calculation of gross salary.

    3. statement that will provide electronic toll collection system services for zone parking available to all users.
