    Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust are looking for the supply and / or installation of domestic hot water plate heat exchangers to the Alexandra Hospital site, Redditch, an Acute Hospital.

    The Trust wish to consider the following commercial options:

    Option 1: Equipment Only supply.

    Option 2: Equipment & installation of equipment on site.

    II.5) Quantity or scope of the specific contract:

    Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust are looking for the supply and / or installation of domestic hot water plate heat exchangers to the Alexandra Hospital site, Redditch, an Acute Hospital.

    The heat exchanger packages (HEP) shall comprise of matched proprietary components assembled in accordance with the given material, component and assembly specification at ITT.

    The unit(s) shall be fully compliant with the Pressure Equipment Directive as detailed in the European Community Directive No. 97/23/EC and CE marked.

    The equipment should be a free standing, skid mounted, packaged, steam to water plate heat exchanger, with integral control package and condensate control / removal system.

    The Trust wish to consider the following commercial options:

    Option 1: Equipment Only supply.

    Option 2: Equipment & installation of equipment on site.

    This Notice is issued under the following Dynamic Purchasing System 2010/S 165-253681 energy-management services.

    HealthTrust Europe is conducting this procurement exercise as a central purchasing body for & on behalf of the NHS & other public sector bodies with whom the successful offeror(s) will ultimately enter into contracts for the supply of the goods and/or services. The contract conditions will be set out in the invitation to tender & it is the contracting authority’s intention to include a certain contractual provisions regarding a management charge, which may be applied to purchases made under contract(s) awarded. Further details will be made available via contract documentation and information released during the course of the tender process.
