    The QS will be responsible for the measurement and pricing of construction work, sub-contract formation, forecasting of costs, values of the project, and cash flow forecasts within specific projects, specifically that actually performed by the contractor(s)(and the contractor's subcontractors) as opposed to the construction work described and measured in the contract between PEEL PORTS LTD and the contractor.

    The role of QS will also cover such other areas as defined below,this is not an exhaustive list.

    To support PPL through the procurement process using PPLs processes and procedures. This will include.

    Support in the issuing of an OJEU Notice.

    Preparation of PQQ documentation and associated assessment criteria and process.

    Issue and assess PQQ returns.

    Make recommendations relating to shortlisted contractors for tender.

    Preparation of Tender Documentation and associated assessment criteria and process.

    Support in tender negotiations.

    Make recommendations related to the preferred Contractor.

    Prepare and issue Contract Documentation.

    The QS must be conversant in the full NEC 3 suite of contracts and also.

    The Preparation and issuing of NEC3 Contracts and bespoke contract process.

    Preparation and monitoring of the Risk Registers.

    Tender Appraisal.

    Project final account review.
