    This proposed appointment is for the provision of CfSH assessment (LOT 1) and BREEAM assessment (LOT 2) to ensure that all homes are designed to Level 5 and commercial properties achieve BREEAM 2011 Excellent rating.

    In order to qualify for consideration, tenderers shall be able to provide evidence of the following conditions.

    1. Only firms holding at the time of tender a Professional indemnity insurance with a per claim minimum of 10 000 000 GBP will be considered suitable for this work.

    2. Only firms holding, at the time of tender, Public Liability insurance with a per claim minimum of 10 000 000 GBP will be considered for this work.

    3. Only firms holding, at the time of tender, Employee Liability Insurance with a per claim minimum of 10 000 000 GBP will be considered for this work.
