    The Institute for Transuranium Elements plans the purchase of an αβγ transfer and transport system for waste and radioactive materials.

    The system is intended to ensure an efficient continuous radiation protection during the transfer of radioactive samples and waste within ITU premises and the KIT Campus Nord limited area. For this reason the equipment shall comply with all requirements ruling the activities within ITU and the KIT area.

    The system should comply with all the technical and environmental certification ruling the activities in nuclear environments.

    The purchase shall cover the delivery and installation of the complete equipment, including training.

    Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: To be eligible to participate in this award procedure, tenderers must not be in any of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 93 and 94 of Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 of 25.6.2002 (OJ L 248 of 16.9.2002), amended by Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1995/2006 of 13.12.2006 (OJ L 390 of 30.12.2006) and Council Regulation (EC) No 1525/2007 of 17.12.2007 (OJ L 343 of 27.12.2007). Therefore, they should furnish a declaration on honour in accordance with Article 134 (1) of Commission Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2342/2002 of 23.12.2002 (OJ L 357 of 31.12.2002), amended by Regulations (EC, Euratom) No 1261/2005 of 20.7.2005 (OJ L 201 of 2.8.2005, p. 3), No 1248/2006 of 7.8.2006 (OJ L 227 of 19.8.2006) and No 478/2007 of 23.4.2007 (OJ L 111 of 28.4.2007).
