    Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The candidates are asked to fill in the "financial ratio analysis" document which will be provided on request to karine.samson@elia.be.

    Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: In case the financial situation of the candidate is deemed likely to jeopardize the ability of the candidate to carry-out the project until the final delivery and ensure all after-sales requirements, the candidate may be excluded from the procedure.

    Minimum requirements:

    A vendor needs to fulfill all of the following criteria:

    1. Having knowledge of power systems, active network management (ANM), load flow analysis (principle N and N-1), renewable energies. Please provide references of customers or projects carried out in the mentioned field of activity, and/or CVs of key personnel with suitable competences and experience.

    2. The company must be able to support and maintain the system.

    Please provide examples of service contracts (customer, type of system, content of the support and maintenance service provided, availability of helpdesk or support service) -Confidential information may of course not be disclosed.

    Preferred extras:

    A vendor can get up to 100 points in total in case all extras are fully matched (request for descriptions to give evidence on individual answers):

    1. Experience in other projects related to ANM with DSO’s or TSO’s

    2. Continued core product development path since at least 3 years

    3. An existing solution is already implemented and could be visited by Elia

    4. The solutions should be able to deal with and solve voltage deviations in the electricity network.

    5. The system should be capable to deal with several flexible solutions: generation modulation, ability to use data of dynamic line rating, integration of energy storage and demand side management.

    6. The supplier must be able to offer 24/7 support service on the product (software and hardware).

    7. The company must be able to transfer knowledge to the customer. Please provide examples of different realizations and too which extend the customer is in the position to update the system parameters according to the evolution of grid structure and changes in operational rules.
