Call for Proposals - Projects in the field of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) 2012 TEN-T-2012-ITS Closed!

Objectives

Please note that the deadline for submissions has been extended until the 26 March 2013.

The call in the area of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) including European Electronic Toll Service (EETS) will aim at facilitating the preparation, development and co-ordinated implementation of projects referred to in the TEN Guidelines as defined in Section 3.1.5 of Annex bis to the 2012 Multiannual Work Programme as amended whereas project proposals submitted shall be instrumental in achieving the objectives of the ITS Directive (2010/40/EU) or the electronic tolling interoperability Directive (2004/52/EC).
 

Actions

  • Priority area 1: ITS: Works projects proposed under this heading should support the co-ordinated and interoperable implementation of relevant ITS services and applications along corridors of the TERN and its interfaces with complementary networks & transport modes, involving and committing at least 3 Member States.
  • Priority area 2: EETS: Regional deployment projects of EETS proposed under this priority area should prepare and support the co-ordinated implementation at cross-border regional level of EETS compliant services covering toll domains of the TERN involving at least three Member States. The preference will however be given to projects involving the highest number of countries.

The Community provisional funding available for the call for proposals is:

  • 50,00 Million EUR (Orientation of the budget)
