The overall objective of this project is the development of a sound public finance management and administration system, in harmony with the economic and financial interests and activities of business and citizens.

The purpose of the project is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Academy of the Ministry of Finance, to design and deliver high quality training and professional career development services across all sectors.

This Twinning project should yield four overall results:

• Strategic management capacity of the Academy is strengthened
• Capacity of the Academy to design, develop and deliver high quality training programmes is strengthened
• Capacity of the Academy to design, develop and deliver high quality training programmes is strengthened
• The Quality Management System of the Academy is strengthened.

• Local authorities

• Orientation of the budget: 0.88 M€
